Founded and run by a married couple, Queens Kickshaw is just a good omen for love. Whether it’s your first date or 51st, you can’t go wrong with Kickshaw; this relaxed yet chic venue triples as the perfect location for a coffee date, drinks, brunch, or a fancy grilled cheese dinner. (Seriously, some of the best grilled cheese in all of NYC. We recommend the Gouda.) They also serve a fantastic brunch, have a large aray of craft ales and ciders, and most importantly, they serve mead. Now if that isn’t a conversation starter, we don’t know what is!
